The Far-Left and Left-of-Center don't get along either

I used to be left-leaning, but those days are long gone. Nowdays, I'm noticing even more than usual that I'm not the only one. It's becoming a common conversation to the fact that left-leaners are going center or right-of-center in droves. So why is this happening?
The short answer is that the far-left has gone radical and nonsensical and it's turning the moderates and leaners away. On top of that, the far-left has managed to offend many moderates or leaners to the point of pushing them to lean right. There's nothing better to push a left-leaner to the right than things like being sympathetic towards pedophilia, attacking the first and second amendments, and pushing for socialism. The left-leaner also doesn't typically go for "politically correct" culture either. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that the far left has gone so rogue, that it's fragmenting the political spectrum. When it's all said and done and the far-left has lost its grip entirely on the moderates, the right will have enveloped both the middle and left-of-middle and you'll be left with an extreme-left that is vastly outnumbered by a larger stronger right than has ever been seen before.
I hope the far-left just keeps doing what it's doing. Feminism perverted by sexism, political correctness, gun grabbing, socialism, attacks on free speech... I think the far-left has hyperbolic underestimation of just how outnumbered they really are on all of these things.
